Job Description

We are looking for a senior marketing wizard to fill our Marketing Director role, and help scale Marathon exponentially to a unicorn. You will be a key player in helping one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing edtech startups find product-market-fit and scale quickly. - Directly manage and own P&L for all marketing areas including digital, offline, affiliate marketing; - Set, monitor, report on overall go-to-market (“GTM”) goals; - Obsess over our north-star metrics (i.e. LTV:CAC); - Design and execute business, strategy, and product initiatives; - Coordinate between marketing & sales performance to optimize conversion funnels; - Generate and monitor user insights & competition, incorporate into marketing strategies;
