• Lead and build out a new marketplace and SaaS business unit/product for 150,000+ small-mid B2B FMCGs; reporting directly to the CEO • Manage and accountable for P&L of the business unit to manage cash flow, revenue, and eventually profit • Devise strategies and coordinate all functions within the team to adopt SaaS and commerce systems • Build partnerships to tap into distribution networks of wholesalers and merchants
